This adapter is used to mount an iOptron AZ Pro mount to the Oberwerk TR3 tripod. It replaces the 3/8″ stud plate that is normally supplied with the TR3 tripod. The iOptron Star Leveling Knobs with Center Post (as shown) are optional, but required– so be sure to add that if you don’t already have a set.
